What we collect

When you place an order: your name, mobile number, district and delivery address. That is it. We do not ask for an email address or a password, and we do not store card details — payments run through bKash, Nagad or cash with the courier.

What we use it for

Delivering your order, calling you to confirm it, and letting you track it. We may send an SMS about that order. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who sees it

Our courier partner receives your name, number and address so they can deliver. Nobody else.

Your choices

Ask us to delete your details and we will, once any open order is finished and the exchange window has passed. Message @primofits.bd.

Analytics

We measure which pages and ads bring orders. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
