Orders

An order is confirmed when you see the confirmation screen and receive the SMS. We may call to verify before dispatch, and we may decline an order we cannot safely fulfil — if we do, nothing is charged.

Prices and stock

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where it applies. Runs are small; if something sells out between your order and dispatch we will contact you and refund or swap.

Delivery

Times given are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.

Exchange

3 days from delivery, unworn with tags. See Returns.

Colour

Screens vary. Product renders and photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but a small difference in shade is not a fault.
